Prenatal Care

I provide thorough prenatal care that includes routine screenings, in-house lab collection, and holistic assessments, all complemented by thoughtful education on the changes happening in your body. Each visit is scheduled for a full hour—giving us plenty of time to answer your questions, explore your options, and nurture your confidence as you prepare for birth.

Our time together during pregnancy is about more than clinical care—it’s about building a deep, trusting relationship. These visits create space for open, honest communication, where you can share your thoughts, concerns, and dreams for your birth. Feeling seen, heard, and supported helps cultivate a sense of calm and empowerment.

By truly getting to know each other, we lay a strong foundation of trust—one that supports a more peaceful, connected, and positive birth experience.

My Care Philosophy

Midwifery is more than clinical care—it's about connection, respect, and presence.

I believe that pregnancy and birth are deeply personal, powerful experiences. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, informed choice, and holistic care. I welcome and honor all families, providing a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your journey.

By building a relationship of mutual trust and open communication, we create a foundation that leads to a more peaceful, empowering birth experience. My goal is to walk alongside you—not to lead or direct, but to support and uplift.

 FAQs

  • Most families begin care around 10–12 weeks, but you’re welcome to reach out earlier or later. Whether you're newly pregnant or transferring from another provider, we can talk about the best time to begin.

  • Appointments are typically every 4 weeks until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, and then weekly until birth—just like standard prenatal care. Each visit lasts about an hour to give us time for both clinical care and deeper conversation.

  • Yes! I offer routine lab work and screenings as part of your care—and I draw them in the comfort of your own home during your prenatal visits. Most labs are covered by insurance, and we’ll collect your insurance information during onboarding so it can be used throughout your pregnancy. I’ll always walk you through your options so you feel informed and supported at every step.

  • Yes! Partners, children, and support people are always welcome. These visits are for your whole family, and I love when little ones are part of the journey too.
